That helps me when I get frustrated with my trials.Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08918390992435342490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466562935768851617.post-20908984715820181462010-07-22T22:21:25.138-07:002010-07-22T22:21:25.138-07:00I"m just going to say what Sarah said, but di...I"m just going to say what Sarah said, but differently. When we moved here, I had the same thought: "What am I being patient for? Proving to the Lord that I can be patient so I can endure MORE crap?" But really, as I look back on some of the trials now, I can see that, yes, patience was part of the package I received, so was understanding, faith, trust in the Lord, and greater strength. I would not be the person I am today without the heat of those "patience" trials. I think they are there for us to learn His character, and His tender mercies, and His deep interest in our lives.Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08918390992435342490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7466562935768851617.post-47150754070394790122010-07-22T20:58:30.763-07:002010-07-22T20:58:30.763-07:00May I add some of my thoughts? Patience in the Lo...May I add some of my thoughts? Patience in the Lord will never be patience wasted and will never be waiting for something crappy. It may be patience for something completely unexpected, but try to look at it as an extension of faith. By being patient, you are allowing him to play a significant role in your life and to guide you where he would have you be. Nothing bad can come from that. You are doing a great and fantastic job! You are a wonderful woman and a choice daughter of God. It is hard--it is supposed to be--but you can do it! Love ya!Sarahiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02758423829210257178noreply@blogger.com
