The miracle chair

So, Michael spends a lot of time on the computer doing motion graphic designy things. All we had for a computer chair was my exercise ball that has these poky things on it. He didn't mind sitting on the ball but the pokies would hurt after a while. So, on his Christmas list he added a computer chair. Since I have furniture on my Christmas list too we decided to make a trip to IKEA to see what we could find. While we were there we found a really nice chair for only $40. After a two hour IKEA tour I decided that I would buy him that chair for Christmas.
So, last night we were coming home from Target and heading to a friends house to drop them off a loaf of bread I had brought home from work. We had to stop home for a second so that I could run up to our apartment to grab the bread. On the way up I passed a popular "dumping" spot in our garage. People are always dropping off their microwaves, broken furniture, and...well...everything. So, as I was saying, I was passing this spot and there sat a REALLY nice office chair that is in PERFECT condition. After grabbing the loaf of bread Michael and I went to inspect the chair further. It has no weird stains, it's really comfortable and as I said...NICE!! So, we went the missionary way and got ourselves a new office chair. Now, I can spend that $40 on something else.
Super exciting!

Giving in

Well fellow bloggers through the pressuring of Marielle Hayes I have decided to start a blog for Michael and I. I'm really excited to learn how to become a "blog stocker" and find out what people do with their lives. As for Michael and I...
Nothing really exciting in our lives is going on. We are trying to get ready for my mom and two sisters that are coming on Tuesday. It's exciting because I haven't seen my family for about a year and miss them very much. That's the hardest thing about living out here; family is far away. At the same time I really enjoy it just being Michael and me.
Michael and I live pretty boring lives. Michael attends school and I always find him deep into his computer doing homework with a smile on his face. I work graveyard shifts and somehow make enough money for the both of us. We don't really go out much because we are lazy and get stressed out when we can't find parking. So, really, what I am trying to say is that I don't know how interesting my blog can really get.
As of right now my creative juices are not flowing....dang. So, keep posted!
